Refund Policy

You are eligible to request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 15 calendar days of the transaction / purchase date.
  • You must not have fully published your website or used custom integrations that require manual setup by our team.
  • The request should clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription within 15 days of your purchase and request a full refund. After 15 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund but will ensure that the auto-renewal of the subscription is stopped.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a refund or cancellation, please email us at support@payaid.store with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund/Cancellation

Exceptions

No refunds or cancellations will be entertained under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after 15 days of purchase.
  • Websites that have been fully published and used for commercial activity.
  • Domains or third-party service purchases (e.g., hosting, email add-ons) are non-refundable once registered or activated.
